I thought I had learnt my lesson with the pears – but apparently not. I really must take more care with my quantities when ordering my groceries online. What to do with the 3kg of celery pieces that arrived this morning (I wanted 300grams).

Well, you could make spaghetti sauce with lots of celery, some cream of celery and show the kids some science with celery changing color when it stays in food colorant !
