We planted some carrots about sixteen weeks ago. Obviously they were not ready for harvesting. Another garden lesson learnt! I am going to invest in Stephanie Alexander’s – The Kitchen Garden Companion : Dig, Plant, Water, Grow, Harvest, Chop, Cook. Maybe that will help!
That’s so neat you have carrots! Even if you pick them a little early sometimes!
